referee12 statement
« on: Mon 27 Dec 2021 11:26 »
to bmb and to other ratetheref members
towards the end of my working time before xmas I had a urgent phone call from a family member so returning home I found out that my dad had tested positive for covid through natural flow this was followed up by a proper test at a nhs test site
my result came through and was positive along with my dad and today my mum being positive as well
I am probably not the only member and not the last to have covid to them I can only say that I/we will get through this

thank you very much for reading this it is much appreciated and I'm very grateful for it

regards

Hi referee 12

Sorry to hear this.  I hope you and your parents remain on the mild end of the scale & aren't too unwell with it.  Sending get well wishes to you all.

thank you for the kind messages
we are all at different stages and taking meds and lozenges alongside fresh lemon and honey
I've just got a niggling back now after getting through the worst of my covid timeline which I assume came alongside covid so I'm trying to get rid of that at the moment bearable but catchy especially through the night
my dad was worse just a few days after me and my mums was today we are all at different stages and our isolation date is 5th jan I've been pencilled in to return to work the next day hopefully if my tests are negative
already had 2 relief parcels received contains paracetamol and headache patches but no food needed as I'm inundated with it at the moment!!!
thanks again for your messages and will update again when possible

Dear ratetheref members
at this current time my dad is now in the clear after being negative but unfortunately this is not the case with mum who is still positive
I took a test and still positive but I'm less likely to pass it on to people due to isolating for 10 days and still being positive with this rule I'm resuming work tomorrow and have just made my first outing which was shopping due to my mum not going

hopefully ill get back to my normal self soon and once again thanks for your kind messages which I'm very grateful for

regards
