Those Select Group referees who had non VAR games. Kavanagh looked positively horizontal.

Seriously, how did VAR Jon Moss conclude that a late handball in the penalty area by a Tottenham player in the tie v Southampton was not deliberate? Ticked all the boxes for deliberate handball. Dreadful, simply dreadful and made a complete mockery of the VAR system. Moss should hang his head in shame  ???

At Least Jon Dross is consistant. He's just as bad on the field as he is on VAR duties
