Mark Halsey suggested in a radio interview the other day that SG2 referees will be used as VARs for some Premier League games - if correct, it does beg the question as to why none have been used as VAR in the trial stage?

Can you imagine Andy Davies telling Michael Oliver that he's got a decision wrong?!

If there's any justice, Andy Davies will be reffing on the National League next season. The absolute farce of the Oxford v Bradford game last Saturday should result in demotion.
