Not sure how Kavanagh as var in wolves v sheff utd didnt ask Jones to visit the screen in the first half.
Brewster booked for a foul on Ait Nouri who had gone over the ball and connected with Brewster just above the ankle.
To me watching live it was a red card for Ait Nouri.
I can ustand Jones not seeing it as his line of vision was probably restricted by both players bodies, but was quite close to the touchline at the dugout side in wolves defending half. Not sure from the pics if Cann has a good view either.

Hope kavanagh has a better semi final tomorrow, especially if he doesnt see that challenge as a red card offence.
