2 major decisions which Vincic cAn only be partially blamed for. I have watched the penalty back 23 times and I cannot see a clear & obvious error, if there is a handball itís a slight touch and has no reaction time to move his hand away.
City goalie clearly fouls the attacker, not clear and obvious and no intervention

VAR is killing refs and ruining football!!

Agree on the handling, really not sure how that is clear and obvious given that not a single person saw it in real time.  Although FIFA and UEFA do tend to study handling offences a lot more intensely and deem that if the arm is away from the body, the ball its it and the referee misses it there should be a review.  That said, you talk about how he had no time to move his arm away, that isn't really relevant, more the case that he put his arm there in the first place.

It was a very clear foul by Ederson, but VAR cannot get involved in free kicks.  They could only recommend a review if it was SFP or DOGSO, and it was nowhere near either of those, therefore doesn't matter how badly they disagree with the referee's decision, there's nothing they can do about it..
