Law 2 - West Ham are immune from handball
Law 3 - Brighton should be shafted
Law 4 - Any foul by a Fulham player is always a yellow card"

Law 5 is already included in Law 1
Liverpool players can surround the referee but have to follow Henderson in doing so.
