I know am in a minority on here, but now we have professional referees, they should be required to make themselves available for interview in the same way as managers and players post match.
Would they be allowed to point out mistakes made by players and poor tactical moves from the managers ?
An interesting point. Personally, I'd have no problem with it, but for obvious reasons it could end up making a referee's life harder. However, if they were able to answer questions about refereeing issues that cropped up in a game, it could help to de-mystify things and give a wider understanding of the difficulties encountered in doing their job.
