10 referees + 10 ARs so there aren't enough ARs for each ref to have a fully established team.

Craig Pawsons regular team at least for the last couple of seasons was Ian Hussin and Harry Lennard with Chris Kavanagh being with Dan Cook and Sian Massey-Ellis

Hatzidakis/Betts and Davies seem to work with Tierney a lot too.

Isn't that 11 not 10 ARs?

I see there is a some chat of assistant referees - in particular Dan Robathan.

This is a really good podcast about Robathan’s journey in refereeing and, crucially, the sacrifices he made during the emergence of Select Group 2:
