Until Clubs are made to accept responsible for issues like this by losing points progress will be minimal ar best.
How many points do you want to take of Darlington for alleged "misogynistic remarks from one or two Darlington fans." ?
From what i have heard and read both sets of fans were culpable at different times during the match.
So i guess both sides would have to lose points if that were the punishment.
