I though he did ok, nothing special.

Imo it’s still a missed caution in the 13th minute it’s easy to look for reasons why
He didn’t give it, like the touch was taking it out of play.

But unlike Oliver who in the 2nd minute who was strong and showed yellow for a far
Less cynical foul than tonight game.

OK, so what are you cautioning him for?  Reckless play would be very soft, which means you only have stopping a promising attack.  How can it be stopping a promising attack when his touch has kicked the ball out of play before he was fouled?  Giving a foul away when it would be a defensive throw-in isn't promising attack, it actually improved the promising attack as it resulted in a free kick.
