Congratulations to all. Wasn’t expecting four promotions to PL referee list but I guess this is future planning given that some of the older statesmen are knocking on the door of retirement

Congratulations to all of them. Brammall has done especially well as I seem to recall he missed most of one season with a serious injury. Let’s hope he is over it and it won’t go the way of James Adcock.
Out of interest does anyone know the ages of those promoted?

fantastic news for all involved, it's been a strange season for many without the fans in the stands but finally some good news at last.

Wish them all well for the future!

Great news for all promoted!!

Interesting, that there are four referees getting promoted out of SG2 and only two coming up from the National list. I wonder if they are planning for more than two Premier league referees officiating in the championship every week next season or if there are any demotions? Otherwise it seems the SG2 List would have reduced in size.

That’s a very quick promotion for Michael Salisbury after only one year in SG2. He seemed to produce some very consistent solid performances throughout the season so well deserved but he didn’t seem to be appointed to many key fixtures throughout the season.

Congrats to all concerned. I'm particularly pleased that John Busby's 'faux pas' at the end of the Peterborough v Lincoln L1 promotion decider did not count against him. One bad decision does not make a bad referee.

Congratulations to all of the promoted officials! Some excellent referees in there that will surely help with the forward planning required as the elder statesmen retire in the next season or two.

"I have seen Tom Reeves in the past. He is a most promising official who referees with understated efficiency, not trying to be too 'busy' and I believe is heading for the dizzy heights of the Football League before long. Off field he conducts himself extremely professionally and pleasantly."

Congratulations to Whistleblower for the accuracy of his prediction - and of course to all those who have been promoted. As always, commiserations go to those deserving officials who narrowly missed out.

Mr Bramall is currently 30, I believe.
Mr Busby, assuming that he has not strayed too far from his birthplace, would be 34.

A few surprises but pleased for them all, take your chances!

For NL to NG
Play Off final ref
Play Off semi final ref
Play Off eliminator ref
Not involved in play offs at all

Shows merit list is only a guide and interview is important plus other factors.

As posted earlier whilst it is fantastic to see the first female referee promoted to the EFL, I do wonder how those referees who were not promoted would be feeling given that one of those promoted apparently (and I say apparently) finished nowhere near the top 6 and had no play off involvement. I am all for equality but this must be frustrating for the officials on the league
