Bobby Madden has moved from Scotland and will officiate in League 1 and 2
That guy was close to being a UEFA elite only a year or two ago and was one of the most trusted 1st group officials. While I understand the EPL isn’t the same as the SPFL I think he certainly should be fast tracked to the top ASAP, top class referee IMHO, big loss for Scotland and huge gain for England.
Agree- totally wasted in Leagues 1 & 2!
He may be capable of better, but it is extremely disrespectful to the League One and Two clubs to say he'd be wasted. 25,000 plus supporters at Ipswich deserve far better than some of the officials endured last season.
Unfortunately, being disrespectful to Leagues 1 & 2 is par for the course on occasion.
