Now let’s be real. Of course they can pick or choose who they want.
They will invite everyone up to a certain position to the interview / selection. And then they can select and reject from there.
Last season for instance both referees and assistant promotions. Please don’t tell me there was no positive discrimination in that process. I won’t name names but you can work them out.
