I assume that the 'offensive' posts have been removed because us lesser mortals who have not seen the original(s) haven't a clue what this relates to? If that is the case, why is this in the public domain?
Let me make this quite clear that I have NEVER EVER had a problem of bullying on this very interesting and enjoyable forum and to the best of my knowledge no posts have been removed at all.I am not or indeed ever have been a referee, but someone who is a mere fan but has by my own admission has a deep love and interest in all aspects of the game.
Why I made the initial post was as a victim of bullying in various stages of my scholastic [ approaching fifty years ago] and working life and I wanted to express my personal gratitude to Nick for using a signature that expresses just how bullying in any walk of like should never EVER be tolerated, and as someone who is committed to eradicating the issue and hopefully helping others where even the smallest comment in the public domain is deemed a positive one.I decided to do this after Nick responded to a post I made about the performance [good or bad] about the referee appointed to my club over the weekend.
No it has nothing at all to do with how good/ how bad a referee is and if it is deemed wrong by myself for commending the moderator who uses this signature then I am guilty as charged.
Sorry, but it is a topic I feel so strongly about I will use any way at all possible to raise the awareness of this issue and do my bit to try and eradicate this.
I look forward to visiting the appointments forum tomorrow to see who is going to Scunthorpe next weekend when we visit.
Regards and best wishes to all the lovely people who administer and contribute on here.
