Man Utd vs Leicester City

Just curious if the laws have changed around players equipment now. After it would appear that “Axel Tuanzebe Becomes The First Player To Wear An Apple Watch In Premier League Game” this evening. Not my usual news source but has just come up on a feed.

Haha saw that - Greenwood had green undershorts on as well.

They didn’t do an equipment check - a poor mark from the observer!

It definitely isn't an Apple Watch, but regardless he shouldn't be able to wear it.  I suspect there are two problems here, assistants can't wait outside changing rooms to check players like they used to, and if he has covered it with his sleeve it is likely to go unnoticed.

Also possible that it is so long since he last played he has forgotten to take his watch off when getting changed ...  :)
