It looks like the penny has finally dropped... although this should have been done years ago!!

Exactly what posters on RTR have been suggesting for some time. Has Mr Riley been listening to us at last?

I also wonder if words were said at FIFA level towards the shocking lack of numbers currently with a white badge in England.

We are relying on some officials way past or close to 50 to officiate in one of the most popular leagues on the planet. East cannot do a game every week.

The model in Italy seems to work, and although they have to retire at 45, they seem to have a good constant stream coming through.

We are so far behind the times in this country it's staggering.
