Brilliant this is exactly the kind of transparency that the PL has badly needed.  It is a shame ( unless I missed it ) that they didn’t clarify the Rashford goal in the Manchester derby but nonetheless this a small step in the right direction what Webb is trying to do is still a work in progress but after this I’m more convinced than ever Webbs plan that he is beginning to implement is going to be a major success

Webb went on sky and was, imo, pretty non committal either way about whether the decision was right or wrong.
Said that it had caused division of opinion between all stakeholders including the PGMO group.
What he said was that the no offside was justifiable with the way the law was written but that the better decision would have been offside based on feedback from rereeing community and that it could be stretched to say that ederson was impacted by rashford....
Not a direct quote the video is out there somewhere but that was my take away
