Peter Wright, Crewe v Colchester
« on: Sun 27 Jan 2019 12:10 »
My second sighting of Peter Wright this season at Gresty Road this season, and by a country mile, the worse of the two performances. Right from the start, there was inconsistent decision making. with strange decisions on free kicks and even throw ins angering the home fans. Yellow cards were OK but were far too late in view of earlier misdemeanours. One or two good advantages which were cancelled out by free kicks given when advantages were clear to see. Not a good afternoon for the 'newbie' and not helped by seeing the more experienced Chris Sarginson looking thoroughly bored on 4O duties for most of the afternoon.
