I think Ward is pretty average in the SG2 but I wouldn't argue against any of your four picks for the weakest in the Group.

The first "penalty" shout beggars belief; it ended up in a defensive free kick
The second one is tough to pick out in real time but coming on the back of the VAR one in PL its definitely a penalty.
On the 3rd one does it cancel itself out if it hits both arms? Or the same arm more than once? 😏
