No problem with the red card awarded. I can cope (to an extent) with incorrect decisions like the elbow (admittedly a judgement call which needed replay to be sure) as it wasn’t hugely obvious live.

The worst thing for me is that he refused to stop the game for the head injury to Perez. Ensuring player safety and well-being is absolutely paramount for a referee, particularly around head injuries, and I think it was absolutely appalling that he wouldn’t stop the game and even when the ball went dead was incredibly reluctant to go and assess the situation.
