I think you are quite aware which of your two statements I disagree with 
It would be good if you explained why you feel this rather than just pressing Disagree on the myriad of positive posts like someone with an agenda against the referee in question.
If I explain my opinion I am castigated for doing so , I’m not allowed a different opinion to others without running the risk of a multitude of complaints to bmb . I will stick to agree and disagree it’s safer and a damn sight less stress and hassle.
