Martin Atkinson has really let Lee Probert down,how could he have missed it,he took his shirt of and threw it away

It's certainly not great PR, this week of all weeks and that stadium of all stadiums.

No idea how all the officials failed to see something so clear - they must have had a major lapse of concentration. But it seemed like a weekend where referees failed to do some simple tasks - Jon Moss took an absolute age to stop the game at Palace V Spurs when a Tottenham player was bleeding with a head injury.

I don't think Atkinson and team should get a PL appointment next time - you can't spend all week having the likes of Dermot Gallagher saying 'Lee Probert had no choice but to show a yellow card' and then have officials fail to caution for the same offence and there be no discernible repercussions.
