Congratulations to Tony Harrington. Great spot of the double touch on Middlesborough's penalty.
Calmly identified, well explained, correct outcome.

Given other thread about MLS maybe a few other refs ought to get the LoTG out and reread competition rules too.

I think Fulham's penalty was also a double touch but went over, allowing Andy Madley to give the goalkick.

Yes - it looked to me like Madley had penalised the double touch, or was at least aware of it.

Yes - it looked to me like Madley had penalised the double touch, or was at least aware of it.
I agree.  He appeared to indicate an indirect free kick to me.
