Only watched parts of this so can’t comment on the overall performance.
He never fills me with confidence, at times his decision making looked good, wasn’t helped by the players rolling around and wanting cards for everything.
The penalty is a difficult one, Define a penalty for me, but the players reaction to the challenge I think has made his mind up. What I did notice was how quick he gave it and didn’t seem to give himself very much thinking time at all
