Jon Moss: Watford v Liverpool
« on: Sat 24 Nov 2018 20:46 »
A fairly easy afternoon for the officials. There was no contact by Robertson on Hughes for the Watford penalty claim but not simulation in my opinion.

The first Liverpool goal came from a move started by a free kick by Alison. The restart was in the penalty area and Robertson played the ball before it left the area so it should have been retaken. Would the Observer consider this a KMI?

It looked like there was some contact, if fairly minimal for the Watford penalty shout.

Presumably as they don't consider missed (ignored?) encroachment at penalties as KMIs, they would not  ?
