Penalty was the only thing he got right!

I disagree, the player was on his way down before contact was made with the goalie, and Jeremy Simpson should have cautioned the player for diving and awarded Leeds a free kick. The TV pundit suggested that it was a difficult call for Jeremy to make, and again I disagree, imo it was a clear dive and should have been punished as such  :-[


I couldn't agree more. He was already on his way down before he was anywhere near BPF.  I'd post a picture if I could figure out how.

Since when has "going on their way down" been part of the laws? Just because a player is falling over or off balance, doesn't mean he isn't fouled. He has poked the ball past the keeper and the keeper has taken him out, plain and simple!
