Agree an excellent all round performance.

Just as an aside does anyone think VAR confirmed the Red card to him in his ear, before he issued the red card, not saying its a bad thing?

I must start with a disclaimer that I don't watch enough European football to have anything like a very well informed opinion. Lahoz seemed to break onto the scene with a few fireworks and huge potential which I am not yet sure has been completely realised. I think it's another case of consistency. I have seen him have an excellent match but also one where the left something to be desired. I have the impression ( true or false, others more knowledgeable will tell me ) that the European Refereeing authorities seem to rate del Cerro Grande above Lahoz. It would appear that way with his appointments but as I say, I am not a diligent enough student of European refereeing to give anything much more than impressionistic opinions.

I too am open to correction but I think Lahoz would be above Cerro Grande, I see Lahoz often mentioned as a candidate for the CL final this season, the same can't be said for Cerro Grande as far as I know.
