Thanks for the clips , based on that I thought she was very good the only decision I disagree about was on 52 min , definitely a pull back should be free kick and yellow.other than that imo well done .

Sorry I have to completely disagree.

Clip 1: clear reckless foul by goalkeeper, free kick and yellow card
Clip 2: for me a clear penalty, comes straight through back of Denmark player
Clip 3: for me play on, but some refs might have given a penalty here
Clip 4: clear dissent, could have been managed better but no other option than caution
Clip 5: six of one and half a dozen of another, play on
Clip 6: clear pull on Denmark attacked, free kick and second yellow for Spain #13

Clip 9: clear foul, could have been a yellow depending how the game went in general.
Clip 10: dissent - had to caution for consistency

Why are you spending a lot of time and effort taking apart this performance by Welch - I haven't noticed you doing this to anyone alse in such detail(unless I haven't noticed it in which case I apologise) - surely younger referees should be encouraged although she must have gone through a fairly rigerous selection to be at this level

Her selection to the Football League was far from rigorous given how very few National League matches she took charge off.
