Sorry to hear that the AFCB and Wales midfielder David Brooks has been diagnosed with cancer at age 24 (BBC Football). I wish David and his family all the best and a successful outcome to treatment in the coming weeks and months.

It has come as a huge shock to all of us down here. So many lovely messages coming in for him from all around the football family that will hopefully give him some strength in the fight he has ahead. Much love with Brooksy & his family
