I think I just about side with Kavanagh on this one. Distance from goal and the fact Ayew is going at no real speed and initially travelling away from goal, presents enough doubt for me, so yellow is correct.
Having said that, a red card would not have been overturned had Kavanagh gone with it initially. Attwell correct not to intervene for me.
