I’m more leaning towards SPA than DOGSO but it’s very tight. It’s the kind of cynical deliberate action that deserves to be red but obviously it has to fit with what’s in Law. Not sure I could be 100% sure Ayew is doing all of controlling it, then moving goal bound whilst outpacing the already retreating defenders, and then getting a shot away.

I think the optimal outcome would’ve been to invite Kavanagh to have a look for himself and confirm what he thought he saw, but that’s obviously not the PGMOL protocol. .
