Looked like a clear penalty to Aston Villa missed. Tony Harrington asleep on VAR again

Thought Bramall did quite well in general, apart from a few occasions when i screamed get out of the way ref.
For all the fact he seemed in the way on a few occasions the ball didnt hit him and i am sure with more game time at this level, reading the play better he will adjust his positioning accordingly.
As for the penalty claim in the first half, Bramall seemed to be in a good position to see, the players didnt appeal that much and there
Wasnt any announcement in the stadium that var were checking.
Traore may have been lucky to only receive yellow for an ugly challenge late on at the opposite side of the ground to my vantage point, think that was checked as Bramall delayed the free kick being taken.
A decent performance by Bramall who let the game flow and kept in the background.

Thought Bramall did extremely well to keep his eyes open after Villa parked the bus at 1-0 and Fulham didn't really bother until the last 15 minutes. One of the most boring matches I have ever watched.

Definitely a correct decision not to award a penalty (despite Steve McManaman's hysterics on commentary - himself previously a sniper target before Kane) as vindicated by the replays which showed Tosin played the ball. Did wonder if the nasty challenge by Traore might get reviewed but perhaps Harrington was also asleep at that point?
