Yes, it means Man Utd won.

And would have won regardless but still doesn’t excuse the poor decisions. If rashford is dismissed then surely bardsley has to go as well. As with the handball if it was someone like Taylor or Oliver then there was a better chance it might have been seen but Moss was so far from play he had no chance really
