I am glad they appear to be making him work his way up. It's only right, not only in respect of the refs there that have had to do so but it also gives him time to learn & understand the system there. All country leagues are very different and have their own unique peculiarities. Seems from that interview that he was expecting that to be the case and seemed grateful just to be refereeing there and willing to work his way up, assuming google translate was a reasonable reflection of the content of it!
