The only way Andy Madley would have known that Adam Nunn was pushed is if he was alerted to it. If he was then it was his fault for not dealing with it. If not it wasn't his fault and a UEFA Elite AR should really not be allowing that.
Won't even start on the rat that is Fernandes how he took so long to be booked I don't know.
