Edgardo Codesal Mendez, of 1990 Final fame, was the son of Jose Maria Codesal who represented Uruguay as a referee in 1966.

Edgardo Codesal’s Father in law was also on the FIFA referee committee in 1990 that appointed him to referee the final!
