They all wore blue today.
One thing I forgot from Mr Káprály game yesterday. At one point, he threw his arm back when engaged in discussion with players and smacked one of the Honvéd players in the face. It was pointed out to him that he had done so, no apology, no checking if the player was ok but instead he continued to get agitated and indicating to players to go away. Very poorly handled.
Yesterday was not a good day for our referee's. Unprofessional behaviour, unconvincing displays and generally a bad day at the office all round. Add in the absolutely amateurish shambles from the JB regarding appointments, it is a day they will all want to forget.
Today was much better and more what we expect from our referees. The JB need to restore some credibility to themselves though.
I appreciate there has been difficulties with appointments this week. An incredible 8 match officials were used on both days (out of 18). Covid has hit hard on top of any regular injuries but they need to learn to communicate. 4 of the match officials involved in the Honvéd game where positive tests have been confirmed are still missing, Takács & Király were both back today, the other 4 have been missing for almost 1 month. Just communicate instead of looking so """in unprofessional.
We know it's a problem, my Lilák were forced to field U19 & U17 players today. 4 1st team players and the rest were kids, we had the U19 coach on the bench as all of our coaching staff have tested positive. Other teams are also struggling with academy kids on the benches everywhere.
I think the Federation are going to have to step in and suspend the league for a few weeks.
