Appointments for tomorrow not out yet! Mr Zierkelbach and Mr Káprály both in yellow.

Annoyed bmb!

Mr Karakó is at least in black.

The 2 early games there were several incidents of dissent, players crowding around the referees. First & foremost it was wrong on the players part but neither of the young referees handled them at all well. Mr Zierkelbach looked like a rabbit caught in headlights for the most of the game. Mr Káprály was dishing out yellow cards like confetti, at least 4 if not 5 of them would not have been given with a more confident and experienced referee. Whilst decision making was in general decent enough, both referees screamed inexperienced and no confidence. Shame really because they are both capable of much better so I hope they are given some support from their more experienced colleagues over the next few days.

2 big calls for Mr Káprály - red card for Tamás from Kispest was absolutely spot on. Dreadful tackle and the red was 100% deserved.  Penalty for Kispest - I'm not 100% sure. The replays were rubbish but didn't look like any contact to me. He had a far better view than I did though. Very niggly game, several injuries  & I was never convinced he had full control of the game. Tough one for him & I am sure he will come back stronger, he certainly has the potential. Needs a dose of self confidence & some advice on being in assertive control rather than resorting to unnecessary panicked yellow cards. Felt sorry for Mr Szalai, player chasing ball to the touchline and ended up hitting into/kicking the corner flag which hit Mr Szalai in the stomach. He styled it out but it did look like it hurt! I would pair Mr Káprály up with either Mr Solymosi or Mr Iványi for a few weeks so they can give him some extra mentoring. There is an excellent young referee inside of him.

In the evening game - Nego has given Mr Karakň a ticking off for giving a free kick after a perfectly timed and executed tackle. Don't like to see it but he had a very good point! One of those days today for team ref.

Still no appointments for tomorrow!

Best I be getting a red shirted Mr Solymosi tomorrow!
