I'm assuming they are including the NBII and NBII because there are only 16 referees in the NBI! Very concerning if there is any truth in it. Not sure what to make of it really, they are normally pretty good with articles and info but they are very anti Mr Puhl and sometimes it can cloud their judgement slightly.
