I went to Port Vale v Portsmouth today with a friend who is a Portsmouth fan.
I have never seen Craig Hicks before but it was not a good showing he never took full control. Portsmouth scored in the first half and then killed the game. Throw ins, goal kicks and free kicks took an age to happen yet Mr Hicks took no action neither did he look bothered by it.
He let players from both team surround him on numerous occasions with no action taken.
I would say on this showing a very long way off SG2.

I hear Mr Martin was atrocious according to some publications online after the Ipswich game on Saturday?

Any viewings to shed any light on that “view”.
