Do we know who is 4thers at Solihull? It's not TN as originally listed.

Unless there was a personnel change just before kickoff, MOAS is still showing same officials.

It looked like Tom Nield to me, although it's a while since I have seen him and I don't have an unfallible memory for faces.

Maybe I kept seeing the wrong man - tall, with light brown hair having a slight wave, whereas Mr Nield has shorter, darker hair. My first guess was Scott Oldham, but that was highly speculative.

You may be right about seeing the wrong person.  It definitely wasn't Scott Oldham.  That's a face that I would certainly recognise.

Scott Oldham is fourth official at Stockport v Bolton tonight.

It seems you were right, Ref Watcher; the Moors' twitter has a photo of the team sheet, showing Mr Nield as 4thers. How did I not see him on screen?

And would appear the number of substitutions made by Exeter is being looked at. Last year there was an additional one allowed for extra time, this year it is 5 plus a concussion sub.

Make sure you know your up to date competition rules guys please

Oh dear, Sarginson down at Plymouth.

A tv replay for the Surrey card shark to mull over too.
I must give credit where it's due, he had a very decent game , only a couple of odd decisions but they were subjective so not worthy of noting, definitely the best game I've seen him have.

FA Cup
Referee: Breakspear, Charles
Assistant Referee: Derrien, Mark

Fourth Official: Jackson, Scott

This has got to be a bit of history, Charles Breakspear will after this match have reffed a 1st round match
Crawley vs Tranmere
A 1st round replay
Solihull vs Wigan
And a replay of a 1st round replay
Exeter vs Bradford

Has this ever happened before in any round of an English cup competition

Quite possibly, in the days when FA Cup ties did not go to penalties and had (potentially) endless replays.  I remember watching Welling United play Aveley four times in a qualifying round in the early 1980s and they did the same against Reading in the competition proper some years later.  That will, at least have given a referee the opportunity to officiate in more than two ties in the same round.

Over to the stattos that can provide some facts to my hazy memory .....
