Curious because Plymouth hadn't apparently installed goal line technology at their ground which didn't help their cause when a 'did it cross the line or not' incident went against the home side. I thought goal line technology was compulsory at all League grounds but obviously not. For what it is worth, I tended to agree with Andy Woolmer and his AR (who looked directly in line) that although it was a close thing, the ball had not crossed the line. Crucial because Rovers ended up winning 1-0. I didn't see enough of the game to comment on the performance of Andy but perhaps other RTR correspondents were present or watching on BT who could offer a view.
