The other games can't have VAR can they as they are not set up with the technology; its only PL grounds, unless I'm mistaken?

I don’t understand why people are moaning then! It can only be used at premier league grounds!
It can be used elsewhere as I'm sure it was used at Burton Albion in the Caraboa Cup. I seem to remember that was because they had a spare system just down the road at St George's Park though, presumably it had been there for testing.
