As a neutral I thought Woolmer had a decent game although the home crowd didn't agree. There was a shout for a Plymouth penalty which might have been given, one of those where the defender won the ball cleanly and the attacker went over his leg afterwards. Not a pen for me but sometimes given.
Difficult to judge the goalline incident from the angle of the camera and certainly impossible for the officials to be certain it crossed the line. For my part my best guess is that had there been technology it would have been very close to being a goal but perhaps a few centimetres from fully crossing the line.
The commentator made a point of mentioning that Woolmer was previously an AR in the Premier League and rather made it sound as though he was not an established referee.
