Dean's been best referee this season imo and Atkinson one of best too. I've no problem with these appointments - Madley, England, Jones were used in last round.

I actually think that would be a good appointment TTFL - IMO he has improved vastly in the past couple of seasons and is a decent PL ref!

As much as I agree when will you have better opportunity of blooding someone on Manc Derby, for example?

And since when has season's achievements ever been reflected before? 😏😋

Attwell for the final?

Looking at the games refereed, i would put quite a bit of money on Tierney

I'd say Tierney is favourite for final, but Attwell or Kavanagh are possibilities too.

If it likely to be behind closed doors will they possibly do similar to last years F A Cup Final and appoint someone who has already had it? Marriner maybe or Oliver?
Or let Taylor have it to see if he can do any better than the aforementioned Final?

It's been delayed until end of April, so hopefully at least some fans can be present but who really knows!

looking at the age of the semi final appointments, my guess is Hackett or Courtney for the big one. 😄
