Refs1, I think you have misread WB's post.
At no point does he refer to DC's bias; in fact, calls out anyone who uses that as an argument.

I agree you dont get to SG1 if you are poor but is DC the best performing referee yet to do the game? IMHO NO!
I believe he has been rewarded for his actions away from the pitch.


This said, I hope all goes well as it does nothing to help any referees if all that is talked of after is him or indeed VAR.
