So we know certain refs who are continuing this season - are there any indications of who might have come off?

No Bobby Madley in these appointments. Do we know of any pre-season friendlies he's done?

From the League One and Two referees last season only Handley, Lewis, Marsden and Kinseley have not appeared in the cup appointments.  Ilderton was on the list and retired plus Horwood has not taken charge of matches for two seasons.

I seem to recall (although could be wrong) that he was going to continue living in Norway & travel for games. If that's the case then I suspect travelling is very difficult right now.  It's one thing tournaments like the Nations League and UCL/UEL matches being granted exemption status from the various travel bans but I don't think a FL pre-season friendly would be granted an exception.  If he was going to move back to the UK then that has also probably been delayed because of travel restrictions, my sister had enough trouble getting a removal van to move back to Dorset from Wiltshire so I'd anticipate an International removal van would be nigh on impossible right now.
Hajrá Lilák. Csak a Kispest. Hajrá Magyarok! Hajrá játékvezetői csapat! Soha ne add fel. Nincs sárga kérem!!! No Chris Kavanagh doesn't live in Ashton or even in the Greater Manchester area!!

Norway have also recently added the UK to their mandatory 14 day quarantine list, so there is no way he can travel backwards and forwards even though he can enter the UK without quarantine.

Handley and Lewis have refereed two of Rochdale's pre-season friendlies.

Bobby moved back to England yesterday. He stated that in a post on Facebook in Norwegian.

DOGSO with no attempt at the ball, nailed on.
Your point is?

You will need to scroll through the gallery, but either Neil Hair has struggled to find a barber during lockdown or he's going for the Lee Probert look-a-like of the year!

Red card for Charles Breakspear today...

Spot on for me. Ticked the box for excessive force/endangering opponent.

Yes, another tick in the box for ridding the game of any sort of tackle and physical contact.
In over 1000 games played I was on both sides of tackles like  that and never missed a match through injury from one of those.
The opponent was so badly endangered that, although this happened in the 48 th minute, he was running around for a further 47 minutes and then managed to hobble up to take a penalty in the penalty shoot out, this was in spite of his having been so badly injured in the 48th minute.
Another incident when winning the ball is secondary to everything and great to see a 19 year old who is already accomplished at rolling around on the floor. I wonder what my old boss, Jim Langley, would have said.
Referee's decision used to be final!

I remember when i first starting watching football and hearing the older members of the crowd complaining if the fouled player got up and took the penalty.  They didn't believe that it should have been a penalty if the recipient of the foul tackle was fit enough to take it... ;D
