It seems quite likely that we're not going to see (m)any spectators for the League Cup final either this season.
If so, I wonder if they will appoint someone a second time like the FA did or just give it to someone who's never had it before? I would suspect possibly the latter.
It would be interesting to see what approach the FA took if we were unfortunate enough to still be in this position come late May.
